One of the greatest tips a former boss gave me was to create a "toiletries bag" to leave permanently in my suitcase with all my regular items, but in smaller scale. She recommended it's worth paying more for small bottles of shampoo, tooth paste, etc as it restricts the amount of weight you have to lug around! Also, by keeping it in your suitcase, you know it's there when you need it and you don't have to fret trying to pull all the items together every time! Thanks Tina H!
